𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞:

Logistics Supervisor

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Oversee daily logistics activities including inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and site deliveries.
• Receives and validate all shipping documents for foreign shipment.
• Follow up and communicate with Government parties to ensure a smooth customs clearance process
• Create, upload, and submit all the documentations required for clearance to the concerned health and customs authorities.
• Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and suppliers to align logistics plans.
• Track all related transactions with Egyptian Drug Authorities and clearance agents
• Manage the annual importation plan process with all internal and external stakeholder concerned departments
• Keep record of follow up and track shipment updates
• Review shipping documents and ensure that all aligned with requirements and are within the local regulations.
• Maintain filing and data base within the company’s’ system.
• Follow company’s SOP’s, Instructions and work regulations and ensure full alignment to internal system.
• Adhere and ensure that all transactions are strictly following the local authorities’ regulations

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven and extensive experience in managing customs clearance processes in Egypt is essential. Must be thoroughly familiar with the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations, customs procedures, and other relevant government health authorities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• English fluency is essential
• Professional computer and MS-Office skills
• Professional analytical skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail
