Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bakery Chef who specializes in croissants, tarts, and premium baked products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about baking, have hands-on expertise in laminated dough, and be able to produce high-quality items consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and present high-quality croissants, tarts, and other bakery items.
Handle laminated dough and ensure perfect texture, layers, and taste.
Develop and execute new bakery recipes as per menu requirements.
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely output.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen team to streamline operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef.
Strong expertise in croissants, tarts, puff pastries, and bakery techniques.
Knowledge of baking temperatures, dough fermentation, and lamination techniques.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Willingness to relocate and work in Libya.
