OVERVIEW




The Marketing Operations Manager will be mainly responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing technologies, and overseeing all marketing functions to maximize performance and conversions. This role must leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys, track KPIs and ROI, and assess risks to ensure effective marketing execution. Collaborate across teams to enhance online presence, streamline lead management, and improve engagement, ultimately driving measurable growth and marketing impact.




RESPONSIBILITIES




Identify, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance.

Lead the integration and management of marketing automation and CRM systems.

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive trial adoption, upsells, and overall engagement.

Manage incoming leads and ensure timely, efficient handoffs to the sales team.

Design, build, and maintain detailed reports on marketing campaigns, e-commerce activity, KPIs, and ROI.

Execute and measure conversion tests and experiments to optimize funnels and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, marketing funnels, and customer touchpoints.

Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and implement improvements for higher engagement and retention.

Continuously analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Assess risks associated with campaigns, technology adoption, and overall marketing strategy; recommend and implement mitigation plans.

Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and quality experience.

Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial.

Build, manage, and lead a team of subject matter experts in specialized roles according to the needs of the marketing department to achieve goals and objectives.



QUALIFICATIONS




BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in personal branding strategy and execution.

Strong creative mindset with the ability to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and customer journeys to maximize conversions.

Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools, channels, and analytics to optimize performance and track ROI (e.g., Google Analytics).

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Ability to manage multiple marketing functions and campaigns under tight deadlines.

Previous experience in the GCC/MENA market is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of PR and reputation management to support brand visibility and positioning.
