As Logistics Export Specialist, you manage the daily operation of all plant logistic warehouse activities like export procedure, follow up from order management till delivery.

Key Activities

• Coordinate warehouse activities for raw materials and finished products.
• Finished products logistics from plant warehouse to external warehouse (both physical and system management).
• Warehouse movements accountability.
• Warehouse daily loadings monitoring and export shipments planning from plant warehouse and external warehouse.
• Daily acquisition and monitoring of export orders, both intercompany and direct customers in coordination with central team and external suppliers.
• Document preparation for export shipment together with forwarder.
• Best loading capacity definition for each shipment, monitoring and root causes inefficiency identification.
• Export shipments planning from plant warehouse and from external warehouse.
• Carriers’ performances monitoring.
• Guarantee carrier’s transport tariff applied based on Procurement awarding.
• Support for Customs clearance operations export finished products.
• Monthly costs closures support.
• Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
• Understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Good understanding of the principles of logistics, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Experience with principles of logistics (transportation, warehousing and distribution).
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Ability to analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, time management, adaptability, team collaboration, customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
