Job Mission:
Successful candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization -under the direction of Art & Creative Director- to understand teams' design needs and building their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, Job Holder will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Creative and Art Director with the development of concepts and client presentations from concept creation, copywriting to completion to meet client objectives.
- Supervising multiple projects across different platforms and motivating teams.
- Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
- Follow up the design and development of creative materials.
- Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
- Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Helping creative teams to overcome obstacles & working closely with the Creative Director to offer creative solutions
- Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to creative team members to improve their skills and work output.
Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred Work Experience )
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
- Strong portfolio related field.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong creative mind.
- Good command of Arabic and English languages
- Not less than 10+ years of professional experience in the same field.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, copywriting techniques and design principles.
- Ability to lead creative teams in crafting copy and visuals for all type of platforms and creative techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
