Job Summary:


The Engineering Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction, machines commissioning and factory development projects. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all phases of construction and factory building capital projects from concept design to commissioning.
  • Prepare long term projects strategies in line with the overall company plan
  • Apply CAPEX standards, procedures & guidelines to deliver projects objectives (scope, time, cost) with full control of risk (EHS and Quality)
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead tendering processes, evaluating bids, and selecting contractors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, timelines, and payment terms in coordination with Procurement and Finance.
  • Draft and submit Capex budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary in coordination with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Schedule Projects timeliness, KPI`s and setting milestones along with identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Prepare Project progress reports, contract proposals, requirements documentation and analyze project results
  • Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or relevant background.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing construction or industrial manufacturing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
