Job Purpose:

To strengthen the Sales and Aftersales operations by delivering continuous technical support to the service team and ensuring full compliance with TMHI warranty standards. This role drives performance enhancement through structured monitoring of aftersales programs (ASEC, CST, TLLP), effective communication with TMHI and suppliers, and implementation of targeted improvement initiatives, contributing to higher service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full implementation and compliance with all warranty processes and guidelines in coordination with TMHI
  • Provide technical support to the service team for diagnosing and resolving complex cases.
  • Monitor, track, and report on aftersales programs such as ASEC, CST, and TLLP
  • Execute targeted activities to elevate aftersales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to TMHI covering warranty performance, technical cases, and program progress
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for warranty cases, technical matters, or escalations
  • Support in conducting technical training sessions or knowledge-sharing workshops for the service team
  • Participate in field visits to assess service quality, gather technical insights, and recommend improvement actions
  • Assist the Aftersales Manager with any other relevant tasks to support departmental goals

Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong command of MS Office applications
  • 5–7 years of experience in the Material Handling Equipment industry
  • Minimum of 2 years in operations or finance-related functions within the same field
