Job Description
- Lead the development, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including base, variable pay, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and recognition programs.
- Design and build a market-competitive salary structure, including job leveling, market pricing, and defining pay ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increase, bonus, and equity planning.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's total rewards offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Oversee the integration of compensation structures with the payroll system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Finance to leverage technology for process improvement, reporting, and data integrity in rewards administration.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to model the financial impact of compensation programs, cost out various benefits scenarios, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits program design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 10 + years of experience in Com & Ben, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP, Certified Benefits Professional - CBP, or CEBS).
