Job Description

  • Register new students and maintain accurate and updated student records.
  • Manage payments and issue receipts for all academy services.
  • Handle scheduling-related phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcome parents, students, and visitors, ensuring a positive front-desk experience.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide necessary information, and offer support when needed.
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support training activities.Register new students and maintain accurate and updated student records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
