Amphoras Hotels is seeking a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Executive Chef to work closely with our Area Executive Chef and support the full upgrade of our culinary operation.

We are looking for someone passionate about innovation, open to exploring new concepts and recipes, and capable of delivering exceptional quality during our renovation phase.Key Responsibilities

Support the Area Executive Chef in revamping all kitchen operations

Develop and test new menus and culinary concepts

Review and enhance manning, workflow, and equipment requirements

Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation

Lead, mentor, and motivate the culinary team

Requirements

Strong hotel/resort culinary background

Creativity and a modern approach to cuisine

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets

Passion for improvement and team development
