 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Officer, based in kSA The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for handling ticket sales, coordinating reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with travel bookings, managing ticketing systems, processing payments, resolving inquiries, and upselling services where applicable.

 Qualifications

Proven expertise in Ticket Sales and handling Reservations effectively

Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients

Customer Service experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Basic knowledge and ability in Sales for offering complementary servic

Proficiency in ticketing systems or relevant software is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Prior experience in travel or airline industries is advantageous
