Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Heavy Equipment Sales Engineer/Service Engineer. The professional will be responsible for promoting and selling heavy equipment, providing technical support to customers, preparing and delivering product presentations, and building strong client relationships. Daily activities include collaborating with customers to understand their requirements, offering technical solutions, and delivering excellent maintenance and after-sales services. The role requires close cooperation with the internal technical team to ensure the smooth implementation and servicing of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Technical Support skills, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment-related issues effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client inquiries, and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the construction and heavy equipment industry are highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to serve client needs as required.
