Job Summary:


The General Ledger accountant will prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  • Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
  • Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
  • Conducting regular ledger closings
  • Ensuring properly accounted transactions
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English Language.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent user of ERP System.
