Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Search for new clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery, ensuring client requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on account performance and sales activities.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  3-6 years of proven experience in account sales, preferably within the print, marketing, advertising or related industries.
  •  Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team .
  •  Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  •  Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
