Vitacare MENA is expanding its regional footprint and is seeking a Senior Export Specialist with solid export expertise, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to manage and grow business in MENA and African health-supplement markets.

The ideal candidate will support and scale the regional export unit, handle both bulk and finished product orders, and bring an established network of distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market mapping and develop route-to-market strategies for MENA & Africa.

Drive revenue growth, forecasting, pricing, and annual sales plans.

Establish and expand Vitacare’s export presence in priority markets.

Manage market entry steps, including regulatory coordination and cross-border requirements.

Identify, acquire, onboard, and manage distributors and key B2B partners.

Lead negotiations, partnership agreements, and distributor development.

Coordinate closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution.

Represent Vitacare at regional and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B events.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales or export management (nutraceuticals/pharmaceuticals preferred).

Strong existing network of distributors and partners across MENA and Africa.

Proven success in entering new markets and developing B2B partnerships.

Excellent command of English; French is a strong advantage.

MBA preferred; medical or scientific background is helpful but not mandatory.

Strong analytical capability, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the export function.
