Job Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat platforms in English.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services during customer interactions.
- Adhere to company standards, guidelines, and data privacy regulations in all communications.
