Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AC Mechanic/Refrigeration Technician based in Kuwait. The role involves performing day-to-day maintenance and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the property. The selected candidate will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues, and working on heavy equipment as needed to ensure seamless operations and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
• Skills in working with heavy equipment related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Strong understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including their operation and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC or refrigeration systems preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry, is a plus
