Job Summary:

The role is focusing on overseeing the management, support, and continuous improvement of governance-related IT applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation, maintenance, and performance of governance applications.
• Implement system updates, patches, and new features to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
• Ensure governance applications support compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and industry-specific standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit teams to address governance requirements through application functionalities.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of governance applications to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Identify and implement opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Oversee the integration of governance applications with other enterprise systems, such as ERP or core banking platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to customize applications to meet governance needs.
• Act as the liaison between governance-related business units (e.g., risk, compliance, audit) and the IT department.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to enhance application functionality.
• Provide regular updates and expert advice to senior management on governance application strategies and solutions.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical issues affecting governance applications.
• Oversee root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
• Document and track incidents to identify trends and improve response processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on governance, compliance, or risk management applications
