This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design stormwater management systems for utility-scale solar projects in compliance with local regulations and best practices
Prepare and review foundation designs for solar mounting structures (rammed steel piles and concrete foundations)
Conduct geotechnical analysis and interpret soil investigation reports to support foundation design and site grading
Develop site grading plans to optimize land use and ensure proper drainage
Perform civil calculations, prepare drawings, and support construction teams during execution
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, and structural)
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
You're a great fit if you have:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Language: Fluent Written and Verbal English
Experience: 0-2 Years' of experience in in renewable energy or infrastructure projects, with expertise in stormwater management, hydrology, geotechnical engineering, and solar foundation design
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology/Hydraulic Software (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM) Geotechnical Analysis tools (e.g., GEO5, PLAXIS, or equivalent
Familiarity with international and local codes (ASCE, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.)
