Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Communications Strategy
• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
2. Content Development
• Craft high-quality content including:
• Social media posts
• Press releases
• Website content
• Corporate profiles, brochures, and presentations
• Email campaigns and internal communication
• Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and brand-aligned.
3. Digital Marketing
• Plan and manage content calendars for social platforms.
• Oversee digital campaigns (organic & paid) and track performance.
• Collaborate with designers to create visuals and creatives.
• Monitor trends and propose new content formats.
4. Brand Management
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Manage corporate identity elements, visuals, and messaging.
• Oversee production of marketing materials (catalogs, videos, photos).
5. Media & PR
• Develop strong relationships with media partners.
• Prepare press releases, interviews, and media kits.
• Support crisis communication if needed.
6. Campaign & Project Management
• Lead marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, and suppliers.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
7. Reporting & Analytics
• Track KPIs for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Suggest improvements based on performance data.
