Job Description

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the electronics production line to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Implement and monitor production processes for digital meters ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing methods and resolve technical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis of production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.
Maintain accurate production documentation, including process instructions, quality records, and equipment maintenance logs.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing environment by preparing process documentation and training operators.
Monitor inventory levels of components and materials, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability.
Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and test instruments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering
0-10 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or production engineering.
Familiarity with production processes for electronic devices and systems.
Strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
