Tender Engineer (Construction)

Location: Kuwait

Start Date: January 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Tender Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting tenders for construction projects in Kuwait. A Civil Engineering background is preferred, but candidates with a degree in Architecture will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation: Develop comprehensive and competitive tender bids by reviewing project specifications, drawings, and requirements.
• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and resources required.
• Bid Management: Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
• Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to obtain quotes and relevant project details for the tender.
• Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory requirements, as well as client-specific criteria.
• Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain all tender documentation, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
• Qualification & Classification: Oversee the qualification and classification process for the company in accordance with Kuwait’s construction industry standards and regulations.
• Tender Follow-up: Track tender progress, address client queries, and provide additional information as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or related fields in the construction industry.
