Job Description

We’re looking for a Strategy & Creative Manager who blends brand strategy, cultural insight, and creative direction.

This person must be able to:

  • Understand brand strategy and build campaign frameworks from it.
  • Translate consumer, cultural, and category insights into influencer-led campaign ideas.
  • Craft powerful narratives and strategic storytelling that inspire both clients and creators.
  • Develop social-first strategies that live at the intersection of culture, community, and the creator economy.

This is a strategic + creative hybrid role — ideal for someone who can move fluidly between insight, strategy, and ideas.


Responsibilities

  • Develop brand-aligned campaign strategies and creator-first creative concepts.
  • Build clear, structured campaign briefs rooted in brand objectives, tone of voice, and cultural relevance.
  • Translate insights and tension points into actionable influencer ideas and campaign platforms.
  • Lead ideation sessions and shape narratives that connect brands to culture.
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment.
  • Build high-quality presentation decks (strategy, rationale, creative direction).
  • Conduct research on audiences, competitors, and culture to unlock strategic opportunities.
  • Stay on top of trends in content, creators, social platforms, and the cultural landscape.


Qualifications

Mandatory: Strategy Experience

Only candidates with hands-on brand strategy or creative strategy experience will be considered.

  • 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, brand strategy, creative strategy, or a hybrid strategic role.
  • Proven ability to develop campaign ideas, creative briefs, and strategic storytelling frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of how brands communicate and how audiences behave online.
  • Excellent storytelling, deck-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and the creator economy.
  • Ability to turn insights into ideas that resonate culturally and drive brand results.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
