About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of company assets, ensure accurate tracking, and support financial, operational, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with asset tracking systems, and the ability to manage both physical and digital assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets (hardware, software, equipment, facilities, etc.).
• Track asset lifecycle stages: acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of asset records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to improve asset utilization.
• Manage asset tagging, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor warranty, licensing, and service agreements.
• Generate periodic reports on asset status, depreciation, and lifecycle forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or IT asset management (ITAM).
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and inventory processes.
• Experience with asset management tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting dashboards.
