Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against established objectives.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall as appropriate.
Manage client communications, expectations, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing to optimize team performance.
Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software project management or a related IT project leadership role.
Demonstrated success managing full project lifecycles for complex software solutions.
Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead remote and distributed teams effectively.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
