Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor based in Upper Egypt. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage, adding graphics, sound effects, and music to create engaging and polished content. They will also be tasked with monitoring quality control during post-production, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients or team members to ensure the final product meets the desired specifications. Additional tasks may include organizing and archiving video projects and staying up-to-date with the latest editing tools and trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects, using tools such as After Effects
• Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing to create engaging video content
• Knowledge of video post-production techniques such as color grading, sound balancing, and audio editing
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Creativity and a strong visual aesthetic
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills while working with a team
• Prior experience in video production is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
