We’re looking for a skilled Electromechanical Site Engineer to supervise on-site installation of automatic doors, rolling shutters, motors, and control systems — ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Role Description
As an Electromechanical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising installation works, coordinating between site teams and the technical office, and ensuring that all electromechanical activities are executed according to drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
You will be a key link between clients, installation teams, and internal departments as technical office.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise on-site installation of automatic doors, shutters, motors, and control panels.
• Coordinate daily activities of installation technicians and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings and ensure correct execution on site.
• Conduct technical site visits, measurements, and readiness checks.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve electromechanical issues during installation.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Technical Office, Planning, and Installation Management.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress to clients.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and document the work progress.
• Ensure fulfillment of site documents.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–6 years experience in site engineering or installation supervision.
• Experience in automatic doors, shutters, elevators, gates, or industrial systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with construction site documents (MIR, VO, IR, ... etc.)
• Good understanding of electrical wiring, motors, sensors, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Good awareness of HSE standards.
