Job Description

• Responsible for increasing the productivity of the two production lines glass wool and rock wool through drafting and implementing the required action plans as needed.
• Responsible for reducing the raw material wastes and operating the lines with the planned efficiency.
• Enhance the quality of the product by using the line parameters.
• Leading the teamwork by reallocating them to avoid the expected hot spots problems.
• Record the raw material used (input) and compare it with the output and try to reduce the rework and increase the recycle.
• Record the downtime that occurred in every shift.
• Ensure the availability of the line before each production run.
• Prepare the production lines after finishing the runs.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in engineering course preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in overhauling of all rotating equipment and troubleshooting experience in process/production industries.
