Job Description
- Oversee on-site architectural activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide effective solutions to unforeseen challenges.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement design modifications as needed.
- Assist in the procurement and approval of construction materials.
- Support the handover process by ensuring all architectural elements are completed to client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and architectural standards.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated experience managing on-site activities and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
