Job Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of production accounting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of manufacturing costs and inventory transactions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and controls to support efficient production processes and financial reporting.
• Analyze production costs, variances, and profitability, providing actionable insights to senior management for operational improvements.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of financial data with operational realities.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual production cost reports, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards (such as IFRS or GAAP).
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to production accounting.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in production accounting.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in production / cost accounting within large industrial companies

Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system (mandatory)

Age must not exceed 40 years

Solid knowledge of cost analysis, production variances, and inventory accounting

Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
