Job Description

T&C Garments is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administration Manager to strategically oversee and manage all core non-production administrative services. This crucial role ensures the efficient, safe, and professional operation of our facility, with direct responsibility for transportation logistics, security protocols, and facility maintenance/housekeeping services.

 

The Administration Manager is the primary point of accountability for the following functions:

A. Transportation Management 

  • Develop and optimize daily routes and schedules for employee transportation (buses/vans) to ensure timely arrival and departure for all shifts.
  • Oversee the maintenance, licensing, and safety compliance of the company's vehicle fleet.
  • Supervise and manage the performance, scheduling, and discipline of all company drivers.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and transportation costs to ensure maximum efficiency and budget adherence.

B. Security Management

  • Implement and enforce comprehensive physical security procedures and access control protocols across all facility areas (factory, warehouse, offices).
  • Manage the internal security team or oversee the contract and service level of third-party security providers.
  • Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct regular security audits to identify and mitigate risks and prevent losses or unauthorized access.
  • Coordinate with the HSE team on emergency response plans, fire drills, and safety regulations.

C. Housekeeping & Facilities 

  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene for all administrative, production, and communal areas.
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate resource allocation and performance.
  • Oversee general facility maintenance, including managing repair requests and scheduling preventive maintenance for infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).
  • Manage external vendor relationships for facility services, waste disposal, and general supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Administration or Facility Management, with a proven track record of managing Transportation, Security, and Housekeeping functions simultaneously.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a direct supervisory or managerial role, ideally within the Manufacturing, Industrial, or Textile sector.
  • Strong operational knowledge of fleet management and physical security systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
