Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and refine administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve administrative issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on office operations, resource utilization, and administrative performance.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative processes and workplace productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 year of experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising administrative staff.
