We are seeking a Moderator to oversee content on client accounts, report issues, and help foster a safe digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review all user-generated content.
• Remove or report inappropriate, harmful, or spam content.
• Ensure community guidelines are consistently applied.
• Respond to user inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Escalate serious issues to the team leader when needed.
• Prepare brief daily updates on major incidents or trends.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to make quick, fair decisions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
