This course provides a complete introduction to using Microsoft Excel for data analytics and data-driven decision making. It is designed for beginners who want to build strong spreadsheet and analysis skills used in business, finance, and data analysis careers.

The course starts with the basics of Excel including installation, worksheets, workbooks, and the ribbon interface. Learners will understand how spreadsheets work and how to organize and manage data efficiently. After building the foundation, the course moves into formulas and functions which are essential for analyzing data. Students will learn logical, mathematical, statistical, text, lookup, and date functions used in real-world analysis tasks.

The course also focuses on data visualization. Learners will create charts, advanced charts, and sparklines to present information clearly. PivotTables and PivotCharts are introduced to help summarize and explore large datasets quickly.

Advanced sections teach powerful Excel tools used by data analysts including Power Query for data transformation and Power Pivot with DAX for advanced calculations and data modeling.
