The Recruitment intern will be providing day-to-day support for the Talent acquisition process through:
Preparing job ads for open positions, posting jobs on our corporate website & all recruitment channels
Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases
Screening resumes based on the role profile
Conducting first phone/skype/ interviews with candidates
Scheduling face-to-face interviews and closing jobs with proper documentation on the recruitment system
Ensuring all candidates applications are maintained properly on the system while providing feedback in a timely manner

Who we are looking for
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any relevant studies
0 to 2 year of experience, preferably in HR in an FMCG
Fluent English
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and influencing skills
