A Jeddah-based company working  looking for an executive secretary and a translator to work remotely from Egypt to perform all secretarial and translation work

Requirements

  • 5 Years experience as a secretary or executive assistant.
  • Mastering professional Google search.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Fast typing.
  • Advanced experience in MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel, and dealing with budgets and formulas.
  • Experience in Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and delivery times.
  • The ability to organize remote work.
  • Highly experienced in time management.
  • working under pressure.
  • Ability to use content editing tools.
  • The ability to organize tasks
  • Distinguished experience in translation.


Notes:

  • Salary 800 US dollars.
  • Working hours are not less than 12 hours a day.
