About you

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information System.

Experience:

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office and specially excel.
  • Familiar with Oracle applications.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

Skills

  • Excellent English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to details.

Department: Human Resources and Corporate Support

  • Create new titles, new organizations and modify HC for existing positions on Oracle as requested by HRBP.
  • Assign off-payroll candidates to permanent vacancies.
  • Responsible for the creation of new hires? ID number, assignment information, allowances, etc.
  • Maintain personal information and qualifications.
  • Responsible for adding/updating bank accounts for new hires and current employees.
  • Responsible for delivering HR letters to employees.
  • Ensure emails and extensions for all employees are created on Oracle.
  • Maintain Internal, data, family and business lines for all employees.
  • Create Oracle accounts and password reset.
  • Handle HP service manager access requests.
