About you
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information System.
Experience:
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office and specially excel.
- Familiar with Oracle applications.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
Skills
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to details.
Department: Human Resources and Corporate Support
- Create new titles, new organizations and modify HC for existing positions on Oracle as requested by HRBP.
- Assign off-payroll candidates to permanent vacancies.
- Responsible for the creation of new hires? ID number, assignment information, allowances, etc.
- Maintain personal information and qualifications.
- Responsible for adding/updating bank accounts for new hires and current employees.
- Responsible for delivering HR letters to employees.
- Ensure emails and extensions for all employees are created on Oracle.
- Maintain Internal, data, family and business lines for all employees.
- Create Oracle accounts and password reset.
- Handle HP service manager access requests.
