JOB PURPOSE
Prepare monthly statements for customer reconciliation as well as insuring receiving quarter balance confirmations. Follow up on payment details & insuring correct allocations, support our Claims department in obtaining denied claims from insurance companies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Monthly SOA for reconciliation with our top Insurance companies, push for pending and disputed items as well as getting balance confirmations or final settlements.
Follow up on past due balances for outstanding accounts
Check each insurance payment for accuracy, allocate it against its related claims and compliance with contract discount.
Contact insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
Support our Claims department in obtaining denied claims, appealing them and analyzing reasons behind such denials
Identify and bill monthly claims submitted to insurance companies after input of Claims department.
Assist in Monthly AR financial closing procedures along with its related Provisions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Bachelors degree in accounting.
0-2 years experience.
Excellent command of English.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and technical accounting functions.
Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing of data and search for inconsistencies and provide solutions to errors.
Positive attitude, attention to detail and time-management.
