Qualifications:
• BSc of commerce or equivalent
• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Excellent command of English & Arabic (Written & Spoken)
• Excellent with numbers and figures.
• Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare the payment request for all the projects and grant transactions
• Keep control of the actual expenses and compare them in detail to the budget line items
• Invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, re-budgeting, and other grant functions.
• Assist with budget development and budget control
• Using GUC regulations and procedures, as well as cost analysis
• Create regular and unique budget reports.
• Compile budgets and submit them for approval.
• Assist in comparing actual results to budgeted results.
• Keep budget records up to date by making copies and filing documents.
