Job Responsibilities
• Organize and manage the calendar of the CEO and the executive
team.
• Book meetings, summarize pre-reads and set clear and efficient
meeting agendas
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and
track action items to completion
Handle communication on various channels on behalf of the CEO
• Draft letters, documents, contracts and proposals in English and
Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions
• Collect product feedback from customers and third-party
vendors on a weekly basis though written and verbal
communication
• Run analysis and produce weekly data-driven reports and
insights
• Prepare and present presentations internally and externally
• Handle sensitive and highly confidential information
Own and handle office management duties
Prepare presentations for internal / external meetings
• contacting with the clients- organize meetings with the clients-
closing deals- Data entry handling clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO

Location: NASRCITY - CAIRO
Working Hours: from 9AM to 5PM
Off days: Friday
Salary : starting 5000 EGP
