Job Description
[1] The implementation of all activities relating to export and import transactions and international and letters of guarantee and coordination with export customers including liaison and follow-up until the implementation of export transactions
[2] Responsible To Open New Markets According To Company Strategies & A Future Vision On The Opportunities In New Markets As North Or South Africa And Gulf Area Or Europe.
[3] Negotiate contracts for sales and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations
[4] Market Situation Analysis & Analysis of
Marketing Environment.
[5]Manage/liaise with stock control, warehousing and distribution activities influenced by or reliant upon export activities
[6]Receiving and confirming bookings for clients.
[7] Help and support in preparing marketing plan and Strategies Competition Analysis and Channels of Distribution
[8]Revising and Finalizing BL and All Relevant Documents
[9] Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
[10] Coordination and planning of trade shows and Conferences.
