Job Description
Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures.
Daily management of office activities.
Attended project meetings, recorded transcripts of discussion and required follow-up.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
Manage database entry and client files
Maintained construction documentation, files & developed monthly reports and tracked project.
