Job Description
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Follow up the GM office
Follow up the Team schedule
Prepare & Handel Daily Office Paper Offers & Invoices & Purchases Requests…etc
Handling Petty cash
Greet and welcome guests
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Prepare outgoing emails.
Check, sort and forward emails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Responsible for Social Media.
Tele sales by making calls for new customers.
Job Requirements
Presentable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor Degree
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Fluent English
Flexibility
In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
