Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience and coordinate meetings
- Process insurance papers & employee contracts
- Manage all office facilities operations including kitchen needs, purchase of office tools, request and process office and staff work requirements.
- Handle DHL & packages receive and send
- Follow up on insurance (medical and life) & cases with company lawyers
- Book reservations when needed for cars, hotels and flights
- Do all the filling work
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Assist team members with daily tasks, such as preparing online meetings, do paper work, combine pdfs, translate documents, write letters and etc.
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Very Punctual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
