Job Description
Handle Calendar Management for the BU Head including scheduling of appointments
Submit Monthly Report for Purchase order PR
Responsible for travels Booking for the PC after Sales Department
Develop and implement new administration system to ease the work flow between different departments in the company
Submit operation Monthly Report
Responsible of enrolling all the training sessions on LMS System
Attend meetings, develop meeting minutes and follow up on actions plan
Execute travel and hotel booking arrangement for the BU Head and liaise with travel department to ensure the necessary reservations are done according to the schedules.
Handel PC after sales department guests arrangements, which may include travel reservation, meeting and outings.
Execute all reports/articles translation needed to for BU Head.
Follow up the pending issues delegated by the BU Head
Responsible for development of the BU Head office documents templates for internal and external corresponds
Responsible to issue all Vouchers related to the BU Head
Responsible for issuing transfer request, car subsidy allowance and fill vacancy request and ensure that it has been delivered to the HR department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any relevant stream
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office manager
Fluent in English is a must, French is a plus
