Qualifications/ skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from renowned university
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Abel to multi task, set priorities, and manage logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, has good analytical skills, and good follow-up on tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic
• Preferred age is 24-45.
• Preferred sex: Females
Job Duties:
• Follow up and track progress of different projects
• Perform researches and draft reports on behalf of executives
• Perform analysis and create charts
• Draft slides and presentations for executives
• Manage calendar for executive team
• Draft contracts, and proposals from templates.
• Review and respond to emails on behalf of CEO
• Respond to inquiries relating to KAD scope of services, obtain prospect client details, and schedule meetings.
• Create social media posts based on available data
• Proficient with creating Excel formulas, and presentations
• Create advanced Excel formulas
• Manage office vehicle daily route and booking
• Make sure office has adequate office supplies, and maintain stock
