Job Description:

• Consult with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then match the needs with available properties.
• Draft, negotiate and follow through with the execution of new lease agreements with new tenants.
• Provide guidance and direction to site-specific leasing issues.
• Conduct background and position checks and verify other references as directed by the Leasing Manager.
• Prepare leases for Leasing Managers review and approval; obtains signatures from Top Management and tenants.
• Coordinate in move-in dates, materials, and processes.
• Create, develop, and maintain waiting lists as needed.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract tenants as assigned by Marketing Department.
• Meet the tenants and solve their issues if any founded.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field (shopping malls is a must)
• Strong negotiations and leasing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in English.
