Qualifications * Bachelors degree in any discipline * 1 – 3 years of working experience, as HR admin preferred in the insurance field * * Knowing and dealing with sales commission calculations rules is a must. * Very good communication skills. * Takes ownership responsibilities and possess problem solving mindset. * Very good command of English. * Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and others) * Strong Excel experience, reporting, pivoting, creating dashboards with equations.
