Job Description

  • Following up on the achievement by brand/channel
  • Network expansion/Channel
  • Monitoring and following up on the achievement of the distribution KPIS:
  • Route Compliance
  • Number of daily visits: Review targets periodically, monitoring distributor achievement and communicating with distributor SM
  • Focus SKU by channel: Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
  • Positive calls: : Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
  • Drop Size and line/call : Monitoring achievement by channel and communicating with distributor SM
  • Market visits: 50%-75%of his time in the market
  • Monitoring trade communication
  • Ensure the right implementation of the trade activities and schemes
  • Monitoring activities of MBR and BIWS/IWS
  • Monitoring stock level/distributor and prepare orders accordingly
  • Monitoring trade stocks and sell out: trade stock and sell out report
