Responsibilities:



As a Junior HR Generalist, you will work closely with the HR
team to support the companys HR functions. The duties include assisting
with onboarding activities, setting the internal rules and policies,
maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, office
management activities, recruitment process, development programs and
performance management related tasks. You will play an important role in
supporting the HR function within the organization and help to ensure
the success of its workforce.

  • Ensuring the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Supporting employee relations efforts, including addressing employee questions and concerns, conducting investigations
  • Assisting with employer branding strategies and activities.
  • The development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Facilitating HR programs such as employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Participating in organization of team bonding activities and HR corporate events
  • Providing coaching and guidance to employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures
  • Supporting benefits administration, including answering employee questions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis, including tracking key HR metrics and preparing reports for management.
  • Assisting
    with the recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, scheduling and
    conducting interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new
    hire paperwork.
  • Supporting in office management activities including facility management, dealing with suppliers, etc.
  • Supporting other HR projects and general initiatives as needed.



Requirements:



For this role were not prioritizing experience, were very
happy to consider Fresh Graduates up to 3 years of experience with the

  • Bachelors degree in any related field
